Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, boiled and deboned - 4 item
- small can chili peppers, chopped - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Boil and debone chicken. Warm soup, onion, sour cream and peppers. Warm tortillas slightly for handling ease. Grease large casserole dish. Fill tortillas with chicken, soup and mixture and cheese and roll up. Top with extra soup mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
