Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- ground meat - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom or chicken soup - 1 item
- can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
How to make tortilla casserole:
Brown ground meat; season to taste. Drain grease. Add next 3 ingredients to meat. Cook until heated through. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer tortillas, then meat mixture, then cheese. Repeat layer again with flour tortillas on top. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted, uncovered.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
