- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- frozen spinach, thawed - 1 (10
- College Inn chicken broth - 2 item
- can stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped - 1 item
- tortellini fresh or frozen - 8 oz
How to make tortellini soup:
In saucepan over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes more. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
