Tortellini soup
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 Tbsp
- fresh parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- Swanson chicken broth
- can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained - 16 oz
- can diced or chopped S&W tomatoes, drained - 16 oz
- medium garlic cloves, pressed - 2 item
- pkg, refrigerated or frozen Cheese Tortellini, uncooked - 9 oz
How to make tortellini soup:
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in Tortellini and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes for refrigerated tortellini; for frozen tortellini simmer about 8-10 minutes. Stir in parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
