- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- grated orange rind - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
How to make tomato soup cake:
Add soda to tomato soup. Beat sugar and shortening; add egg and beat well. Add tomato soup and dry ingredients. Beat well. Fold in raisins, nuts and grated orange rind. Bake in greased and floured baking pan at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, American.
