Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- jar canned tomato juice - 1 qt
How to make tomato soup:
Boil tomato juice. Turn to low heat. Mix up flour and milk in a separate container until all lumps are gone. Add slowly to tomato juice, stirring constantly. Add butter, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat. I add 1 teaspoon sugar!Recipe categories: Fruit, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
