- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- unbaked pie crust - 1 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed - 3/4 item
- large tomatoes skins on, chopped and drained - 3 item
How to make tomato pie:
Bake an unfilled pie crust at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain tomatoes on paper towels, then add to pie crust. Add chopped onions and toss. Mix cheese and mayonnaise. Cover tomato mixture.
