Fresh broccoli salad
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- green onions, sliced - 4 item
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium carrots, grated - 2 item
- bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
- salad seasoning - 1/2 tsp
How to make fresh broccoli salad:
Trim off leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of stalks. Wash and chop coarsely. Add onions, eggs and carrots to broccoli and toss. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Makes 12 servings. Will keep 3 or 4 days in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Broccoli.
