Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- regular size Hershey bars - 6 item
How to make toffee bars:
Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk. Add vanilla. Sift flour; add and mix well. Bake in cookie pan (do not grease) for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. While still hot, top with 6 regular size Hershey bars. When melted, spread to frost. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Lunch/snacks.
