Three layer mint brownies
Ingredients/Components
- butter
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate syrup - 1 c
- vanilla
- powdered sugar
- creme de menthe - 2 tsp
- dash of green food coloring - 1 item
- Third Layer:1 bag chocolate chips
- butter or margarine - 6 Tbsp
How to make three layer mint brownies:
Second Layer:2 c. powdered sugar1 1/2 c. butter2 tsp. creme de menthe dash of green food coloring Third Layer:1 bag chocolate chips6 Tbsp. butter or margarine First Layer: Cream butter and eggs. Add flour, salt, syrup and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350° in greased and floured pan. Cool.Second Layer: Mix ingredients. Put second layer on top of cooled brownies and let set.
Third Layer: Melt chips and butter together. Cool. Pour over second layer. Let set or cool in refrigerator. Slice in squares. Serve.
