Ingredients/Components
- diced zucchini - 6 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken or other cream soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- box cheese croutons Pepperidge Farm - 1 item
- stick butter or oleo - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Drain cooked zucchini and onion. Toss melted oleo over croutons. Place 1/2 of the croutons in bottom of dish. Layer zucchini, soup and sour cream. Top with other 1/2 of croutons. Bake at 350° for 50 or 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
