Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- can kidney beans undrained - 1 oz
- can corn undrained - 1 oz
- can El Paso enchilada sauce - 1/2 item
How to make texas taco soup:
In a large saucepan, brown beef and onion. Drain. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for about one hour. Serve with grated cheese and/or a small amount of sour cream.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, 3 steps or less, Stocks.
