Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 1
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can corn - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- sprinkle of garlic salt - 1 item
- Minute rice, cooked
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt in large skillet. Drain and add tomatoes, beef broth, corn, rice and chili powder. Be sure to dissolve beef cube in 1 1/4 cups water. Heat until boiling.
