  • chopped onion - 1/2 1
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can corn - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • beef bouillon cube - 1 item
  • sprinkle of garlic salt - 1 item
  • Minute rice, cooked

How to make mexican casserole:

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt in large skillet. Drain and add tomatoes, beef broth, corn, rice and chili powder. Be sure to dissolve beef cube in 1 1/4 cups water. Heat until boiling. Remove from heat; stir and cover. Ready in 10 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
