Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make texas sheet cake:
Frosting:4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil cocoa, margarine and water. Remove from stove and then add dry ingredients. Beat in eggs and sour cream. Pour into a greased 18 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Frost right away.Frosting: Bring to a boil the milk, cocoa and margarine. Beat into hot mixture the powdered sugar and vanilla. May add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts to frosting.
