- rice - 1 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
How to make texas hash:
Brown beef in skillet. Drain well. Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 3 hours). Serves 10. May be frozen.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
