Light fettuccine alfredo
Ingredients/Components
- plain flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- skim milk
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- hot cooked fettuccine - 4 c
- light process cream cheese - 2 Tbsp
- grated fresh Parmesan cheese
How to make light fettuccine alfredo:
Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, saute 1 minute. Stri in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with a wire whisk until blended; cook 8 minutes or until thickened stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese, cook 2 minutes. ARecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, One Dish meal.
