- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chili powder
- cans tomatoes - 2 lb
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- ground chuck or beef - 2 lb
- raw rice converted - 1 c
How to make texas hash:
Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. (High 4 hours.)Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
