- chili powder
- cans tomatoes - 2 lb
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
How to make texas hash:
Brown beef and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crock. Stir. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours. This can also be cooked on the stove.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
