Ingredients/Components

  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • bell pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
  • can black-eyed peas, drained - 1 item
  • cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
  • can white hominy, drained - 1 item
  • fresh chopped cilantro - 1/4 c
  • purple onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
  • green onions, chopped greens, too - 4 item

How to make texas caviar:

Mix together. Chill 2 hours. Serve with Tostitos.
