  • sour cream - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 1
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • avocado dip - 1 item
  • can pitted ripe olives, drained and coarsely chopped - 1 1/2
  • cans jalapeno flavored bean dip - 2 1/2

How to make tex-mex dip:

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in a separate bowl.

To assemble: Spread bean dip on a large shallow serving plate. Top with seasoned avocado dip. Layer with sour cream-taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
