Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 1
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- avocado dip - 1 item
- can pitted ripe olives, drained and coarsely chopped - 1 1/2
- cans jalapeno flavored bean dip - 2 1/2
How to make tex-mex dip:
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in a separate bowl.To assemble: Spread bean dip on a large shallow serving plate. Top with seasoned avocado dip. Layer with sour cream-taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
