Ingredients/Components

  • molasses - 2 tsp
  • salad oil - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • family steak or chicken breast

How to make teriyaki sauce:

Marinate meat for at least one hour. The longer, the better. Grill.

Marinade: Use equal amounts of brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and oil. Mix together. Marinate for 6 to 24 hours. Use at anytime.
