Ingredients/Components
- salt
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- salad oil
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 2 garlic
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 3/4 c
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- dried parsley
- coarse ground pepper - 1 Tbsp
How to make flank steak:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate flank steak overnight or all day. Broil on both sides about 10 minutes. For serving, cut steak on diagonal very thinly. Use 3 steaks (about 4 pounds) for 8 adults. Makes 1 quart marinade. Can be saved and reused.Recipe categories: Very low carbs, Meat, Beef.
