Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • salad oil
  • dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 2 garlic
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 3/4 c
  • wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dried parsley
  • coarse ground pepper - 1 Tbsp

How to make flank steak:

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate flank steak overnight or all day. Broil on both sides about 10 minutes. For serving, cut steak on diagonal very thinly. Use 3 steaks (about 4 pounds) for 8 adults. Makes 1 quart marinade. Can be saved and reused.
