- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 3/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- cooking sherry - 2 Tbsp
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 1 lb
How to make teriyaki grilled chicken:
Preheat grill. In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, sherry, oil and ginger. Place chicken in marinade and let stand 5 minutes on each side. Grill until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes a side.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
