Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • chopped green onions - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • ground beef, browned - 1/2 lb
  • or 3 drops red pepper sauce - 2 item

How to make taco salad dip:

Mix beef, beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, onion, bell pepper and pepper sauce. Cover tightly and microwave 3 minutes. Spread in microwavable pie plate. Cover and microwave 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, cheese and green onions. Serve with tortil
