  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • macaroni, cooked and drained - 1 c

How to make taco twist:

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 of the cheese and sour cream. Place in bottom of a baking dish. Top with meat mixture and remaining c
