Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • 8 oz - 3 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg

How to make taco twist:

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, sour cream and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and place in a casserole dish. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
