Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 1 pkg
- head lettuce - 1 item
- large tomatoes - 2 item
- large jar salsa - 1 item
- can black olives, sliced optional - 1 item
How to make taco dip:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onion together with electric mixer until spreadable. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan; chill until set. Pour salsa on top. Chop lettuce very fine and spread on top, then chop tomato into small pieces and spread on top. Then sprinkle on cheese, then black olives. Chill.
