  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • cans jalapeno bean dip - 2 item
  • small cans sliced black olives - 2 item
  • chopped medium tomatoes - 3 item
  • medium avocados ripe - 3 item
  • bunch chopped green onions with tops - 1 item

How to make taco dip:

Mash together avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; set aside. Layer bean dip, avocado mixture and sour cream mixture in serving bowl. Sprinkle on tomatoes, onions and olives on top with cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
