  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • mayo - 1/2 c
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • cans jalapeno bean dip - 2 oz
  • medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped - 3 item
  • medium avocados ripe - 3 item
  • can black pitted olives, drained and chopped - 1 oz

How to make tex-mex dip:

Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in another bowl. On a large platter, layer as follows: bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Doritos or nacho chips.
