  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • chopped green onions - 1 c
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • cans jalapeno bean dip - 2 1/2
  • medium tomatoes, cored and chopped - 3 item
  • large bag round tortilla chips - 1 item
  • cans ripe olives - 2 1/2
  • medium, ripe avocados - 3 item

How to make tex mex dip:

Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium size bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in another bowl. Spread bean dip on big serving platter; top with seasoned avocado mixture. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve chilled or room temperature. Fills 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
