Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 1/4
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 1/4

How to make taco bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
