Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 1/4
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 1/4
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item

How to make speedy taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended; pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
