  • milk - 1 c
  • large eggs - 2 item
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item

How to make quick taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
