Ingredients/Components
- medium onion - 1 item
- large tomatoes - 3 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
- cucumbers medium - 3 item
- cracked bulgur wheat found in health food store - 8 oz
How to make tabouli salad:
Cover wheat with water at least 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess. Chop vegetables fine. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix with wheat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Kraft Zesty Italian dressing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Keeps well several days. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Grains, Salads, Tomato.
