  • salt
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • can tomatoes - 1 lb
  • medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
  • round steak 1/2 inch thick, tenderized

How to make swiss steak:

Cut meat in 6 pieces; then coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Place in a 3-quart casserole. Cover with onions. Break up tomatoes with a fork and pour over top. Cover. Microwave at Low for 70 to 80 minutes, rearranging meat after 40 minutes.
