Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- popped corn - 8 9
- white syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove and add soda; stir quickly. Pour over popped corn. Put in 2 large pans and bake for 1 hour at 250°, stirring 2 to 3 times.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
