- flour - 1 item
- oil - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- cans water - 2 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- steak - 1 lb
- beef bouillon to taste - 1 item
How to make swiss steak:
Cut steak into strips. Salt each piece, dip in flour and fry in pan with oil. Add meat, soup, water and chopped onion to crock-pot. Add salt and pepper and bouillon to taste.
