Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • chopped fine broccoli - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped tomatoes - 1/2 c
  • any other vegetable of choice - 1 item

How to make veggie bites:

Unroll rolls; place in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, pinching edges together to seal. Brush dough with beaten egg. Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool completely. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended. Spread mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese and veggies. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites. (Yields about 8 dozen.)
