Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • stick butter, melted - 3/4 item
  • crushed corn flakes - 1 c
  • coconut optional - 1/2 c
  • can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 1 oz
  • , melted - 3/4 stick
  • Remove from oven
  • desired amount of miniature marshmallows - 1 item

How to make sweet potatoes:

Mix and pour into large pan and bake 25 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven.Topping:1/2 c. pecans, chopped3/4 stick butter, melted1 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. coconut (optional) desired amount of miniature marshmallows Mix together and spread over top. Bake another 15 minutes at 350°.
