Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
  • sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Add eggs and butter and mix well

How to make sweet potatoes:

Cook, drain and mash potatoes. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish.Topping:1 c. sugar1/2 stick butter, melted1/3 c. flour1/2 c. nuts Mix sugar and butter. Add flour slowly. Add nuts. Mix well. Sprinkle topping over potato casserole. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
