Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can LeSueur peas, drained - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery - 1 item
- cream cheese or 1 c - 4 oz
- small box Cheez-Its, crushed - 1/2 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix cream or celery soup, sour cream and cream cheese or shredded cheese. Add to vegetables. Place in a casserole dish.Mix melted butter and Cheez-Its. Sprinkle this mixture over top of vegetables. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
