Ingredients/Components

  • can LeSueur peas, drained - 1 item
  • can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
  • onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of celery - 1 item
  • cream cheese or 1 c - 4 oz
  • small box Cheez-Its, crushed - 1/2 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • celery - 1/2 c
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item

How to make vegetable casserole:

Mix cream or celery soup, sour cream and cream cheese or shredded cheese. Add to vegetables. Place in a casserole dish.

Mix melted butter and Cheez-Its. Sprinkle this mixture over top of vegetables. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
