Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/3 item
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- Topping:1/3 stick margarine
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1/3 stick margarine1/3 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish. Cover with topping and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Topping: Melt margarine and add the rest of topping ingredients.
