- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- blackberry wine - 1/2 c
- box deluxe white cake mix - 1 item
- Glaze:1 stick margarine
- box blackberry Jell-O dry - 1 oz
How to make blackberry wine cake:
Glaze:1 stick margarine3/4 c. blackberry wine1 c. powdered sugar Grease and flour Bundt pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts in bottom of pan. Combine cake mix, Jell-O, oil, wine and eggs in mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Add wine and powdered sugar. Cook until well blended. Pour over hot cake. Cool in pan on a rack for 20 minutes.
