Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • pecans optional - 1/4 c
  • grated, raw sweet potatoes - 2 c
  • pinch of ginger, cinnamon and ground cloves - 1 item

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Mix all ingredients except pecans and blend well. Pour into a greased baking pan and top with nuts. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
