- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- sifted plain flour - 3 c
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Mix sour cream and soda; set aside. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each. Add flour and sour cream alternately. Add vanilla. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
