Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • medium sweet potatoes - 3 item
  • eggs - 3 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1/4 item
  • slivered almonds - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Peel sweet potatoes and cut in chunks. Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in blender or food processor. Process until sweet potato is grated. Pour into a large buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Dust with cinnamon sugar, if you wish. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
