Ingredients/Components
- sweet potatoes - 3 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
How to make sweet potato pie:
Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Add ingredients and blend. Place in pie crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.You may substitute buttermilk for 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar and milk to measure 1/2 cup and let stand 5 minutes.
