Raspberry mousse
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- frozen raspberries, thawed - 10 oz
How to make raspberry mousse:
Beat first three ingredients for 15 minutes. In separate bowl, beat whipping cream and lemon juice until stiff peaks form. Fold into raspberry mixture. Freeze. Defrost approximately 1/2 hour before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Romantic.
