Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 2/3 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- Bisquick
- quick oats - 1 c
How to make easy oatmeal muffins:
Combine Bisquick mix, sugar and quick oats. Combine milk, egg and salad oil. Add at once to dry mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 375° approximately 15 to 20 minutes. You may want to add half cup of raisins.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Breakfast.
