- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make sweet potato fries:
Scrub sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into wedges. Preheat oven to 450°. In jellyroll pan, heat butter in oven one minute until melted. Remove from oven. Set aside 2 tablespoons melted butter. Place sweet potato wedges, flat side down, on pan. Brush with reserved butter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and fork-tender, turning once or twice; season with salt and pepper to taste.
